Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service. Invoices will be sent to your email for prompt payment. Cash and check accepted.

Cancellation Policy

24 hour cancellation policy- last minute cancellations may be subject to cancellation fees.

Rarely, CPTC may need to cancel or amend a scheduled visit. All efforts will be made to ensure the least impact to you and your dog.

Health & Safety Policies

We make the health and wellbeing of our dogs a top priority. Flea/tick prevention is required at least from the months of March-November.

Vaccination: We ask that all our dogs remain current on veterinarian recommended vaccinations.
